There was a good entry of Cattle at last Friday’s Sale which included a special sale of Heifers. There was a brisk trade for Heifers with plenty of customers in attendance. The prices for Bullocks were similar to last week with quality lots holding firm while plainer lots are more difficult to get sold. There was also an improvement in the average prices for Dry Cows. A special sale of Bullocks will be held on Friday next May 17th at 11 a.m. in conjunction with the usual sales for Heifers & Dry Cows. Special Sale of Heifers Friday May 24th – Bookings accepted for the Heifers at the office at 5 p.m. on Thursday May 16th.
