There was a strong and lively trade for Heifers at Friday’s special sale with large number of excellent quality cattle on offer with a good demand from a large attendance of Buyers. While the numbers of Bullocks on offer were small there was a good trade for them. There was an increase in the number of Dry Cows on offer, with prices improved from the previous week. Sales continue weekly on Fridays for Bullocks, Heifers & Dry Cows. Special Easter Bonanza sales for both Bullocks & Heifers will be held on Friday March 22nd – Bookings accepted at the office at 5 p.m on Thursday March 14th. Suck Calves sales are held Tuesdays weekly at 5 p.m. with Suckler Cows & Weanlings at 6 p.m. Stock maybe pre-booked- A Special Entry of 20 Superb Quality Springers & 4 Cows with Calves at foot will be held in conjunction with the usual sales on Tuesday March 12th at 6 p.m. – Photos of stock on our website.
