There was another big entry of sheep on offer again this week. Once again there was a very lively trade for Hoggets with prices well improved from last week. There was an excellent trade for Cast Ewes with a top price of €184 and a full clearance of lots. There was also a good entry of in Lamb Ewes with prices ranging from €150 to €212. .Weekly sales continue on Wednesday for Lambs & Cast Ewes at 11 a.m. Yard opens at 8.30 a.m. Sheep scanning service will commence on Wednesday February 4th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and each Wednesday thereafter. Included in the sale Wednesday next 30 2nd Crop Ewes, scanned in lamb to P.B. Suffolk & Charollais Rams due Mid March
