There were bigger numbers of Weanlings on offer at last Tuesday’s sale. Prices for Weanling Bulls were improved this week with a top price of €3.64 a kilo and an average price of €2.64 a kilo. Prices for Weanling Heifers was also better with an average price of €2.79 a kilo and a maximum price of €3.83 a kilo. There was a lively trade for the special entry of excellent quality Cows with plenty of customers in attendance and all lots sold. Prices ranged from €1100 up to €2650 The Special Entry of Springers met with a good demand resulting in a high clearance of lots. Prices ranged from €1100 to €1500.
