There were large numbers on offer at Friday’s mid spring special sales of Bullocks and Heifers. There was a brilliant selection of good quality stock to choose from There was a plentiful supply of Farmers, Feeders and Agents from all over the Country actively sourcing stock. This week saw more of a presence of Northern Ireland Customers and agents for the UK. The trade for Bullocks was on fire with lots being sold at a brisk pace and small minority of lots unsold. Again there was an exceptional trade for Heifers with the majority of lots sold. There was a good entry of Dry Cows on offer with prices improved from the previous week. No sale Friday next – Good Friday – Mid Spring Special sale of Weanlings Tuesday March 31st @ 5 p.m. Breeding Heifer Sale – Friday April 10th @ 11 a.m. also Bullocks & Dry Cows. Bookings for Heifers will take place on Thursday next April 2nd at 5 p.m.
