There were good numbers on offer again this week. There was an improved trade for Hoggets with average prices up by €3 to €5 a head from last week.
The prices for Cast Ewes were also better resulting in a full clearance of lots. There was an increase in the number of Ewes with Lambs at foot which met with a firm trade and all lots sold. Sales continue weekly at 11 a.m. Yard opens at 8.30 a.m. Sheep Scanning service available Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
