There was a very large entry of weanlings at last Tuesday’s show and sale. There was a keen interest in the special entry of Springers which attracted a big attendance of customers. There was also a good demand for other lots of Springers and Cows on offer. In the 2 weanling rings there was good attendance of farmers and exporters anxious for stock. There was a strong trade for Bulls with prices improved from last week. There was a lively trade for Heifer Weanlings with improved prices. There was an excellent trade for the special entry of Springers with lots fetching as high as €2580. Sales continue weekly for Weanlings.
