There was a strong entry of excellent quality cattle on offer at last Friday’s sale which included a special sale of Bullocks. From start to finish there was a vibrant trade for Bullocks with rapid bidding from the large number of customers in attendance and on line. Prices for Bullocks averaged from €2.59 per kilo up to €3.50 per kilo. Heifer numbers were small due to next week’s special sale. There was a good trade for Dry Cows with lots fetching from €2.12 per kilo up to €2.42 per kilo.
