There were good numbers on offer again this week for our first combined sale of online and live bidding around the sales ring. A good number of Buyers purchased on our LSL bidding facility while Sellers also viewed the sale of their stock online and accepted their prices without having to return to the Mart.
There was a very strong trade for Weanling Heifers with prices ranging from an average of €2.37 per kilo up to €3.00 per kilo resulting in all lots sold to one.
Weanling Bulls also met with a firm trade with lots averaging from €2.29 per kilo up to €3.33 per kilo.
Please note the next Weanling Sale will be held on Tuesday June 16th at 4 p.m. Yard opens at 12 Noon – All cattle must be penned by 1 p.m. Stock arriving late will not be accepted.
