Lim X Heifer weighing 585 kgs fetches €2880 – €4.92 per kilo
There were big numbers on offer at last Fridays Sale with 40 pens of Bullocks, 63 pens of Heifers and 76 Dry Cows on offer. Bullocks averaged from €2.16 per kilo up to €2.64 per kilo. Heifers fetched from an average of €2.29 per kilo up to €4.92 per kilo (Top price going to a Lim X Heifer 585 kgs making €2880) Breeding Heifers were in great demand with excellent prices for top quality lots. Dry Cows made from an average of €1.62 per kilo up to €2.07 per kilo. Bidding was brisk both at the ringside and online with customers anxious for stock.
