We had a large entry of sheep at the Show and Sale of Lambs in conjuction with the opening of The Roscommon Lamb Festival. Spring Lambs made up to €131. There was a better trade for hoggets with a top price of €132. There was a steady trade for Cast Ewes. There was plenty of Ewes with Lambs @ foot again this week and there was a good clearance of lots. Sales continue each Wednesdays at 11 a.m. for Lambs & Cast Ewes.
