There was a good entry of excellent quality stock on offer at last Friday’s sale. There was a lively trade for Bullocks with lots making from 2.45 per kilo up to €3.51 per kilo. Heifers averaged from €2.39 per kilo up to €2.88 per kilo. There was a large entry of Dry Cows with prices fetching from €1.79 per kilo up to €2.26 per kilo. Prices are remaining very strong with farmers still actively sourcing stock.
